*You can only use KeyTix cards for short-time passes (1 day or less). We use rechargeable KeyCard-pass for lift passes that are over 1 day.

Terms and services:

Lift passes can be paid with cash, bank cards, credits cards and following payment types: Smartum, Sporttipassi, Tyky, Eazybreak, Ticket-cards and Virike. We have now introduced a MASH payment method that is only available at checkout. Prices including VAT 10%. Children ages 0-5 using a helmet may use the ski lifts without charge when accompanied by an adult.*

The number of open slopes is at the discretion of the ski centre and can vary during the skiing season, due to events or weather changes.

Season Passes and Multi-Day Tickets

Season passes and multi-day tickets are exclusively loaded onto a KeyCard. If you don't have your own smart card, you must purchase one separately. The KeyCard is priced at €7 and can be used at all ski resorts utilizing the SkiData system as long as the card is operational. You can find a list of all SkiData system resorts on the website of the Finnish Ski Resort Association. Please note that Iso-Syöte Ski Resort does not offer refunds for KeyCard purchases. Alternatively, single-day lift tickets purchased at the ticket counter can also be loaded onto disposable KeyTix cards, available for €2 each. Multi-day tickets are valid for consecutive days, with the exception of 3/4 or 5/7-day tickets, which allow you to ski on your selected three or five days within four or seven days, respectively.

Children and Senior Discounts

*Children under the age of 6 can ski for free when accompanied by a paying adult. An individual complimentary "Musti and Lysti" ticket can be obtained for the child at the resort's ticket sales. We recommend loading the child's ticket onto a KeyCard for convenience, but we also offer free disposable tickets for children upon request. The free "Musti and Lysti" child ticket corresponds to the valid adult ticket period.

Seniors aged 75 and above also enjoy skiing for free. Lift tickets can be acquired from the ticket sales counter upon presentation of identification. Similar to children, we suggest loading the ticket onto a KeyCard, but we provide free disposable tickets for seniors aged 75 and above upon request.

Payment Methods

For online purchases, lift tickets can be paid for using bank transfers, credit cards, or MobilePay. Our online shop integrates Paytrail and Trustly payment services for secure transactions. At the Iso-Syöte ticket sales counter, lift tickets can be paid for in cash, as well as with debit and credit cards. Additionally, we accept payments through fitness, sports, and cultural benefits such as Smartum, ePassi, Tyky vouchers, Edenred cards, and Virike vouchers. Please note that all of the above-mentioned benefits are personal and can only be used to pay for the individual's own lift ticket, equipment rental, or ski lesson. This policy aligns with the tax authorities' guidelines, which apply to all service providers. To prevent misuse, these benefits can only be redeemed on-site (not through our online shop). Lift tickets are non-transferable, and selling or transferring a purchased ticket to another person is prohibited. Any misuse will result in the immediate invalidation of the ticket. Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged, modified, or canceled except in cases of force majeure. We follow the general terms and conditions of ski resort services.

Iso-Syöte ski resort uses the SkiData ticketing system. Lift passes will be downloaded into rechargeable keycard-tickets. Price for a KeyCard is 7 € and it is not included in lift pass rates. The ticket office is located near to the front lifts.
