Payment in the web shop

In the web shop, lift tickets can be paid with online bank payments, credit card or MobilePay. The payment services used are Paytrail and Trustly (online bank payments).

Payment on site

At the Iso-Syöte ticket office, lift tickets can be paid with cash and bank and credit cards, as well as with sports, wellness and culture benefits. We accept ePassi, Tyky vouchers and Virike vouchers.

Restrictions on sports benefits

All the benefits mentioned above are personal, so they can only be used to pay for your own lift ticket (and your own equipment rental or ski school lesson, if applicable). This follows a decision by the Finnish tax authority and applies to all service providers. To prevent misuse, these benefits can only be used on site, or by phone or email when separately instructed, not in the web shop.

Personal tickets

Lift tickets are personal, except for company season passes and Parent Passes. Selling or passing on a purchased ticket is prohibited. Misuse results in immediate cancellation of the ticket.

Exchange and cancellation terms

A purchased ticket cannot be exchanged, changed or cancelled except in cases of force majeure. We follow the general terms and conditions for ski resort services.

KeyCard and multi-day tickets

Season passes and multi-day tickets are always loaded onto a KeyCard. If you do not have your own smart card, you need to buy one separately (€7). The KeyCard can be used at all ski resorts that use the SkiData system for as long as the card works. You can find a list of all resorts that use the SkiData system on the Finnish Ski Resort Association website. Iso-Syöte Ski Resort does not buy back KeyCards.

Single-use KeyTix cards

Lift tickets valid for one day or less, bought at the ticket office counter, can also be loaded onto single-use KeyTix cards, which cost €2.

Multi-day tickets and flexible tickets

Multi-day tickets are valid on consecutive days, except for 3/4 and 5/7 tickets, with which you can ski on three or five days of your choice within four or seven days.

Children under 6

Children under 6 ski free of charge when accompanied by a parent or adult who has a lift ticket. The child needs their own free ticket, which you get from the fell ticket office. We recommend loading the child's ticket onto a KeyCard, but we also offer a free single-use ticket on request. The free child ticket is made against a valid adult ticket and is valid for the same period.

Over 75-year-olds

People over 75 ski free of charge. You get the lift ticket from the ticket office against an ID. We recommend loading the ticket onto a KeyCard, but we also offer a free single-use ticket on request.
