1. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY IN A KIDE ROOM?

In all the KIDE rooms, there is a Unikulma double bed that can easily be separated into two single beds. Additionally, you can book an extra bed suitable for an adult or a child, or a travel cot for a child aged 0-3 years. Therefore, the rooms can comfortably accommodate three people. Our hotel also has interconnecting rooms, which can combine two rooms of the same size.

2. WHAT CAN BE FOUND IN THE ROOMS?

Everything for an easy holiday! Explore the rooms in more detail on the rooms page. The rooms have a basic kitchen, a drying cabinet, and a television. The rooms do not have their own saunas, but guests can use the hotel's saunas for free at designated times. Always indicate your interest in sauna use with a sign on your door; to save energy, we heat the saunas only when there is interest!

3. HOW TO CHECK IN

The hotel lobby features a check-in kiosk that allows you to quickly and easily create a key card for yourself. The hotel also has a traditional reception. The key card starts working on the day of arrival at 16:00 and stops working on the day of departure at 10:00, unless late or early check-in has been purchased separately. In the Kuuru suites, check-out is at 12:00. When you leave the hotel, you do not need to complete a separate check-out or departure procedure. You can come and go according to your own schedule!

4. ARE THERE PARKING SPACES AT THE HOTEL?

Yes, the room reservation includes one free parking space right next to the hotel. In the winter you can also purchase access to your parking space’s car heating post, if you so wish.

5. ARE THERE ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING POINTS AT THE HOTEL?

Behind the LumiArena, which is connected to the KIDE Hotel, there are two fast charging stations for electric cars. You can charge your car at the stations using the Virta mobile app.

6. I LEFT SOMETHING AT THE HOTEL. HOW CAN I GET MY FORGOTTEN BELONGINGS BACK?

You can inquire about forgotten belongings by contacting the hotel. If your lost item has been found and you are unable to pick it up, we will be happy to mail it to you. The postage and handling fee is €30.00, which includes domestic postage. The package can measure a maximum of 59 x 36 x 60 cm and weigh no more than 25 kg. 7. I NEED HELP, AND THE RECEPTION IS CLOSED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You can contact the hotel's emergency number (tel. +358 20 1476474) outside of reception hours if you have issues, such as gaining access to your room. Please note that there is a fee of at least €100 per visit for emergency assistance outside of reception hours, if the reason is, for example, a forgotten/lost key card or another issue for which the hotel cannot be considered responsible.
